Someone asked how these were made.
All hand made old scool style. A lot of people are using CNC routers, mills and rapid prototyping, which is all neato and stuff, but I still prefer to get down to it the old fashioned way.
Currently my material of choce is PVC board or sintra, styrene and resin for small details or sheets unde 1/8 inch.
That Saw by the way nearly took my thumb off in the process of making that very gun. I was out of comission for several weeks got a gnarly scar but at least it's all there still..

PVC primer and glue. Same stuff PVC pipe is glued with.
