Hey man, have you considered making a "SAW" variant of the Pulse Rifle?

This is beyond awesome, you should make the Morita from starship troopers. I would keel over from awesome sauce over-dose.

Thanks, that particular gun had very light weathering, as per the client's request. I tend to weather my guns heavily otherwise.

M41A pulse rifle, 99 round light armor piercing caseless round magazine, under barrel mounted pump action grenade launcher with 5 round capacity. This is beautiful ^.^ One of the best I've ever seen, it's my fave weapon in the series.

Well it paid off, this is a truly beautifully done weapon. The care and detail you put into it is amazing, I'm big into the books and the movies, but out of all the weapons they used this has always been my fave. They work in almost any condition, are water proof and fire under water, heavy impact resistance, hell they even work at 115 below zero, the stock makes them accurate over impressive distances for a hand held weapon.

Thanks I try not to over do the weathering and tent to make them look how they would if they were real service weapons.

Cool, so what did you make it out of? A kit, or something else?

I make the kits, they are mostly resin castings with the barrel, barrel vent and shoulder stock in metal.

Fascinating. I saw an airsoft kit once for making a replica M41A pulse rifle, that modded and converted an airsoft Thompson submachine gun into a pulse rifle. However the required gun was 150 dollars and the KIT itself was over 400 bucks, so I can only really dream about it.

People would be surprised how low quality actual screen used props are. Often replicas surpass the originals far as detail and craftsmanship. :)

I actually saw one of the props of these at a memorabilia show a couple of weeks ago & could've cried at how shoddy it was.

I want a REAL one! :)

I've looked on the net a few times and a resin kit should cost me about 250. What's really funny is that it'll be cheaper to get one imported from your side of the pond than it would to buy it over here.
